Tucked down a lane, we are a cosy, country tea-room, gallery & pottery studio offering:

At The House of Bread, Christchurch, Forest of Dean, GL16 7NS (walkable from Forest Holiday Lodges/Bracelands Campsite).
Tea-room, gallery (& pottery painting)
Our Tea-room & Gallery are OPEN Fri-Sun 11-4, Easter – end Oct 1/2-term (inc. Thurs in summer hols and ALL Bank Hols).
We have courtyard parking, free wifi and dogs and children are welcome. Come and treat yourself to lunch or cake in our tea-room (see our Menu), take in the pottery on display or get creative with Pottery Painting (available in our tea-room & gallery when they are open or by special arrangement for groups at other times).
Pottery classes (in our studio)
Our fun 2 hour Pottery Trial Classes are for groups of 2-8, bookable in advance but possible most days year-round 11-1 or 2-4. If your class coincides with our glazing and firing week you can book an extra session (usually a Wed) to give glazing a go. Also 6 week courses in Spring.

We also offer self-catering or book-ahead B&B accommodation here at The House of Bread so you can stay with us while you are getting creative. Great for groups celebrating birthdays or a hen do and we offer a 10% discount on pottery trial classes (exc. delivery) for those staying for more than one night in our accommodation.
