Cancellation/No Show Policy
Due to recent Government announcements Hot Pot Pottery will be re-opening from Dec 2nd 2020.
In all that we do, to keep Covid risks as low as possible, we are registered with Visit England’s ‘Good to Go’ Scheme.
We will waive our usual Cancellation/No Show Policy (as stated below) ONLY if a cancellation is in relation to Covid-19 symptoms, Track & Trace Isolation requirements or local lockdown/travel restrictions. This is offered in good faith to encourage responsible behaviour. We ask that you do not abuse this.
In ALL other cases of cancellation/reduction in numbers/no show on the day our usual Cancellation/No Show policy will apply as stated below.
What Are You Liable For If You Cancel, Reduce Numbers Or Just Don’t Show Up?
We don’t operate a deposit system at Hot Pot Pottery or often ask for pre-payment as we believe most people behave thoughtfully and understand last minute cancellations/reductions in numbers/no shows mean inconvenience, wasted preparation time/resources, can incur costs and/or lost alternative revenue for the business involved.
However, we do have a Cancellations/’No show’ policy which is designed to protect us from those who do not behave in a responsible manner with regard to cancellations.
So, here it is….. Please note that by confirming your booking with us you are accepting our policies as stated here.
