Cancellations & ‘No Show’ Policy

What Are You Liable For If You Cancel Or Don’t Show Up?
While we don’t ask for deposits at Hot Pot Pottery we do have a cancellations & ‘no show’ policy. So, here it is….. Please note that by booking with us you are accepting our policies as stated here.
Group meals must be cancelled at least 4 days prior to the date of your booking. If you cancel within 4 days of the date of your booking you will be liable for the cost of any food bought in specifically for your booking.
If a person in your party/your whole party do not show up on the day of your booking then the full cost for the missing places will need to be paid for.
Pottery Painting Sessions/Mobile Pottery Painting
If you cancel within 24 hours of the date of your booking , or you or a person in your party/your whole doesn’t show up on the day of your booking we will charge £6.50 per place cancelled.
Pottery Trial Classes/Wheel Throwing Workshops
If you cancel within 24 hours of the date of your booking, or a person in your party/your whole party does not show up for your booking we will charge 50% of the total cost of the places cancelled.
If you have ordered food in relation to one of our special events then our group meal cancellation policy will apply (see above). If you have booked an activity with us and cancel within 24 hours of the date of your booking (or a person in your party/your whole party doesn’t show up on the day) then we will charge 50% of the published activity cost or agreed price.
8 Week Classes
If you cancel within 7 days of the start of your 8 week class you will be liable for 50% the cost of your place.
If you are booked with us for a creative break and you cancel any of your pottery activities then our policies as above will apply to your booked pottery activities. If you cancel a creative break then our accommodation Terms & Conditions for The House of Bread will also apply.
