COVID-19 STATEMENT (updated 2nd Nov 2020):
Due to current Government restrictions we can only currently offer Pottery Painting Kits for Overnight Hire until we can re-open fully in December.
In all that we do, to keep Covid risks as low as possible, we are registered with Visit Britain’s ‘Good to Go’ Scheme.
At Hot Pot Pottery we work hard to follow and apply Government Guidance to ensure we provide fun and low risk pottery activities in relation to Covid-19.
To ensure customers know what we are currently able to offer we will update this website, our Facebook information and Latest News page regularly.
Covid Cancellation Policy
In terms of cancellations, we are waiving our usual Cancellation/No Show Policy ONLY if a cancellation is in relation to Covid-19 symptoms, a positive Covid-19 test result, Track & Trace Isolation requirements or local lockdown/travel restrictions. This is offered in good faith to encourage responsible behaviour.
Likewise, if we have to cancel your booking due to Covid-19 symptoms, a positive Covid-19 test result, Track & Trace Isolation requirements or local lockdown/travel restrictions we will refund any monies you have paid in full.
In ALL other cases our usual Cancellation/No Show Policy will apply.
