What We Offer

At Hot Pot Pottery we offer a wide range of pottery activities and experiences for all abilities and budgets from our rural studio and recently renovated farmhouse. Just take a look!

Pottery Trial Classes

A fun 2.5 hour pottery introductory session covering 3 pottery techniques (including a go on the wheel). Refreshments included. 6 years and above, complete beginners welcome, perfect for couples, friends or families.

Pottery Painting Sessions

Themed pottery painting sessions such as at Easter, Valentine’s, Hallowe’en & Christmas where you can paint themed pottery & enjoy refreshments (themed food also bookable) OR regular pottery painting sessions  where you can choose from our  regular range of pottery painting blanks.

One Day or Half Day Wheel Throwing Workshops

Dedicated wheel throwing workshops looking in depth at throwing pottery on the wheel in a small class environment. Lots of dedicated help and advice.

Pottery & Food Experiences

Themed pottery making & painting sessions with themed food. Choose from afternoon tea, pasta or pizza.

One Off Evening Classes

Special, themed evening classes where you can spend a few hours in the studio trying out specially chosen clay techniques with refreshments & nibbles and BYO booze.

6 Week Pottery Classes or 3 Day Pottery Retreats

A chance to go into more depth with more time, introducing a wider range of pottery techniques & surface decoration.

Private Parties & Celebrations/Corporate Events

Celebrate with us or get away from work/build team relationships with a tailored pottery experience. Food can also be included.

Teach The Teacher or School Workshops

Specific workshops either for those teaching pottery or running a school pottery studio or one off in school pupil workshops.
